Vintage products by our definition are at least 20 years old. As such, even the most pristine of vintage pieces may not present as "perfect". We believe that these imperfections add character and value and contribute to the charm and overall appeal of our pieces.
We do our best to select vintage in the best condition, however, the unique wear and tear of each vintage piece is also part of each item’s story which we will make sure to communicate clearly to you. All such quirks are noted in the individual product descriptions with as much detail as possible. We do our best to point out any significant flaws but light wear may not be explicitly noted. If you have any questions about a specific item, you can always reach out to us to request additional photos or information before making your purchase as our items are non-returnable.
Please do not compare vintage items to new production or you may be disappointed! We hope you will shop with an open mind and learn to love and appreciate these older items for what they are. They may have slight flaws but they have stood the test of time and are absolutely wearable for many years to come.
We source all of our products from the best vintage vendors and curators in the world. Their products and collections vary in nature and pricing so you may notice what seems like inconsistent pricing from one garment to the next within the same product category. We review pricing in depth with our collectors and do our best to provide as much information about these products as possible in order to help our customers understand the pricing of these vintage garments.
Pricing on vintage items may seem arbitrary, however, we assure you that it is very thoughtful and based on a combination of variables. Here are some of the considerations that determine the price of our items: market value, condition, era, rarity/ scarcity, costs of sourcing, photography and assets creation. Pricing may vary in the vintage world from vendor to vendor depending on how each collector's business operates. If you have any questions about pricing, please do not hesitate to reach out. We provide detailed measurements of all listed items to ensure confidence with each purchase. We will also indicate what we believe to be the best match for modern sizing.

Garment care and Maintenance
How you treasure and treat your vintage is entirely up to you however we recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing of all vintage pieces. This will ensure longevity for all of your La Suite purchases.
Most orders ship within 72 hours or 3 business days. Any order placed over the weekend or during a major holiday will process and ship the following business day. Should there be an issue or delay with your order we will reach out to let you know.
Items placed in your shopping cart are not reserved for you until you complete your purchase.

Free shipping on orders of $250 and up in the USA. We ship all domestic orders via USPS and we will email your tracking number to you once the shipping label is created. At this time, we only ship within the US.
Lost or Damaged Parcel
La Suite will not be held responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items caused by the shipping carrier after shipment has left our care. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any item deemed lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Customers will need to contact USPS directly to address these concerns.

Let's talk about why no returns. La Suite's product comes from vendors from all over the world. We carefully select each piece in order to bring you the very best vintage product and most of these items come from third party partners on a consignment basis. Once a sale occurs, those funds are nearly immediately dispersed. Also, please consider that vintage is quite unlike modern brands and multi-brand retail sites you may shop. While those destinations may carry multiple units of each style, the pieces sold on La Suite are all one-of-a-kind. That means that the time and effort spent on each individual item and purchase on La Suite is much greater than if we were to be offering multiples of that one style. Your purchase is the culmination of all of our efforts and as such, it must also be final.
Our team and our vendors work very hard to source these special, one-of-a-kind pieces. There is a lot of work that goes into the procurement, photography, and thoughtful listing of each item. We provide very detailed descriptions and measurements in order to give our customers as much information as possible to ensure a successful purchase and it would only be in the case that an item was grossly misrepresented that a return / refund would be warranted.
We understand that even with all of the information in the world, sometimes an item just doesn't work out. We encourage re-sale of items on Etsy, eBay, Poshmark or any other peer to peer platform of your choosing.
